03طلبات الخدمات والاستفساراتService Requests & Inquiries

إرسال نموذج أو رسالة أو طلب تواصل عبر الموقع أو قنوات أوركيدا لا يعني قبول الطلب أو التزام الشركة بتنفيذه بالسعر أو المدة التي قد يتوقعها العميل. يتم تأكيد نطاق العمل والسعر والمدة بعد دراسة المشروع والاتفاق مع العميل.

Submitting a form, message or contact request through the website or Orkida channels does not by itself constitute acceptance or an obligation to perform at an assumed price or schedule. Scope, price and timing are confirmed after project assessment and agreement with the customer.

• قد تحتاج بعض المشاريع إلى زيارة موقع أو قياسات أو مراجعة فنية قبل إصدار العرض.
• Some projects may require a site visit, measurements or technical review before a quotation is issued.
• تُبنى المواصفات النهائية على المعلومات المتاحة والمخططات والتفاصيل التي يعتمدها الطرفان.
• Final specifications are based on available information, drawings and details approved by both parties.

04عروض الأسعار والاتفاقاتQuotations & Agreements

يحدد عرض السعر أو العقد المعتمد، بحسب الحالة، قيمة الأعمال ونطاقها والمواصفات وشروط الدفع وأي مدة تنفيذ أو ضمان متفق عليها. عند وجود اختلاف بين المعلومات العامة المنشورة على الموقع ومستند المشروع المعتمد، يكون مستند المشروع هو المرجع فيما يخص ذلك المشروع.

The approved quotation or contract, as applicable, defines the project value, scope, specifications, payment terms and any agreed execution or warranty period. If general website information differs from an approved project document, the project document governs that project.

05تنفيذ المشاريع والتغييراتProject Execution & Changes

تُنفذ الأعمال وفق النطاق والمواصفات المعتمدة للمشروع. أي تغيير في المقاسات أو المواد أو التصميم أو نطاق الأعمال قد يتطلب مراجعة فنية وتجارية وتحديثاً في السعر أو المدة، ويتم اعتماده قبل تنفيذه بحسب الاتفاق بين الطرفين.

Work is carried out according to the approved project scope and specifications. Changes to dimensions, materials, design or scope may require technical and commercial review and may affect price or schedule, subject to approval before implementation.

أما الأعمال المدنية أو الكهربائية أو التصاريح أو الأعمال الإضافية، فتكون مشمولة فقط إذا نص عرض السعر أو العقد المعتمد على ذلك صراحة.

Civil works, electrical works, permits and additional works are included only when expressly stated in the approved quotation or contract.

06الملكية الفكرية والمحتوىIntellectual Property & Content

المحتوى المنشور على الموقع، بما في ذلك النصوص والعلامة التجارية والتصاميم والصور والرسومات، مخصص للاستخدام المرتبط بالموقع وخدمات أوركيدا، ولا يجوز نسخه أو إعادة استخدامه تجارياً أو نسبه إلى جهة أخرى دون إذن مناسب.

Website content, including text, branding, designs, images and graphics, is provided for use in connection with the website and Orkida's services. It may not be commercially copied, reused or attributed to another party without appropriate permission.
